At Tidings Scarves, we want you to be completely enamored with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Scarf

Carefully place the scarf in its original branded box and shipping mailer to ensure it remains protected and crease-free during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
